Sculptures by Jonathan Russell and Saori Ide

This narrative kinetic sculpture celebrates the beautiful landscape that surrounds the community and tells the story of Brighton’s agricultural history. Each layer moves with the wind in opposite directions. The colorful patterns describe the Colorado landscape as it rises from the rich soil of the valleys to the bright summits of the Rocky Mountains. The inset LED lighting invites viewers to explore the historical iconography and enjoy the visual movements.
