INSPIRE is an iconic sculpture that symbolizes the birthplace of biotechnology as well as highlights its reputation as “the industrial city.” Two large open circles move with the wind creating unpredictable, graceful movements.

Inspired by the Gilroy's most famous crop, Garlic, this sculpture has cloves of garlic that circle around a garlic bulb. At night, the changing LED lights illuminate inside the bulb.
